Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders include tracking, and you will receive your tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracked Delivery (Ireland): 2–4 working days (€5)
International Delivery: 3–10 working days (calculated at checkout)

Free Shipping on all domestic orders over €70

Please note that delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and other promotional or holiday periods.

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the delivery partner, responsibility for delivery timelines lies with the courier. Fíor Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.
